How to place order :-

1. Send personal message or PM your email address and phone no.

2. Send sms to me at 012-6289579 or

3. Send an email to marsha75@hotmail.my with details info include your name,

address, contact no, email add, size, code no. & quantity

4. I will check the stock availability and reply the status via email or PM asap.

5. Bank account number will be given through an email or PM after the orders are confirmed

6. Once payment was received, the item will be ship out according to the delivery schedule.

Payment:-

1. Online transfer Maybank2u ,CIMB Clicks or CDM

Shipping :-

All prices excluded delivery postage

Customer need to bare for the postage expenses

Shipping Cost 1 : For 2 item and below : RM7.00 for Semenanjung Malaysia and RM 9.00 for Sabah n Sarawak.

Shipping Cost 2 : For 3 item and above - As per charges by courrier service-will informed u later.

All items will be shipped once payment is verified

1. No refund & no return policy (unless wrong item received).We will not entertain issues of not liking items after receiving it or not as expected or whatsoever..

2. Booking will be cancel if payment not received within 2 days

4. For Pre Order items, full payment are required upon confirmation of

5. For any item from overseas, you may place your order for Pre Order only if you are willing to wait for the shipment. Some delay might be possible for that.

6. In the case out of stock for your Pre-Order items, your money will be fully refunded. You may also choose to change with other items at the same price..if you wish to change it with higher price item then you need to top up the differences..

7. Once the items are shipped out, Marsha's KidsCollection will held no responsible for any losing of item or damaged of items due to courier service or third party fault.
